The CTM Foundation Graduate Programme is a fast-track journey designed to groom high-potential graduates into future Category Leaders and Business Heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Leadership: Step into leadership roles like Growth Lead, D2C Lead, or Marketplace Head, accountable for scaling a brand vertical.

High performers may be accelerated into our flagship CEO-in-the-Making (CTM) Programme.
