Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Demand Generation:

  • Design, implement, and measure full-funnel demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
  • Develop multi-channel integrated campaigns to drive quarterly objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to align on GTM goals and objectives

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Leadership:

  • Design and execute one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts
  • Apply firmographic, technographic, and intent data for targeting and messaging

Measurement, Analytics, and Optimization:

  • Define and own KPIs for demand generation and ABM
  • Utilize insights to scale high-performing programs and pivot away from underperforming tactics

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Establish operating rhythms with Sales and Practice leaders to align GTM motions and pipeline goals
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage agency and vendor partners to scale execution capacity

Requirements:

We seek a candidate with:

  • At least 12 years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Proven success in building and scaling multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing and sales tech stacks
