This role is perfect for someone who lives for building and scaling engineering teams, thrives on solving complex technical challenges, and dreams of shaping the technology behind the world's most exciting fashion AI company.

You'll be hands-on in our codebase while setting the technical direction, making key architecture and infrastructure decisions, and ensuring every release is reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

You'll lead, grow, and mentor a cross-functional team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers.

Your responsibilities will include defining and enforcing technical standards, making strategic tech stack decisions, running the team with Agile methodology, and enforcing high standards of testing and continuous integration.

You'll also recruit and manage talent, assess and monitor team performance, review code hands-on, and mentor engineers to improve technical quality and speed.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of engineering experience, including senior-level hands-on coding, and a proven leadership track record in scaling engineering teams.

They will also have strong expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, VIKE SSR, and Playwright, as well as a passion for AI and automation, with real examples of using AI in development workflows.

The ideal candidate will be relentless about quality, delivery, and accountability, while knowing when to ship 'good enough' to learn faster.

They will be able to make tough calls on tech and people decisions, and be fluent in English.
