Product Development Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Leader to oversee the development of new products, solutions, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Own delivery of product and project commitments for the team, including participating in product roadmap discussions and providing inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, focusing on efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output.
  3. Quality Assurance: Define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and build systems that meet those requirements, perform design and code reviews, and oversee project logistics and resource allocation.
  4. Code Quality: Use tools and techniques to enhance the quality of code and design, with a focus on constant reduction of code debt, and suggest the best design and implementation methodology.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team leaders and departments, build and develop required competence in the team, and mentor team members and prepare them for possible future roles.

  • Ability to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
  • Strong technical background and leadership skills.
