ServiceNow Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team and drive impactful change within our Technology function.

This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise service management strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across IT and business units to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

The must-have experience includes 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations, and strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow capabilities.

The technical skills required include proficiency in Java/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs, deep expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Custom Apps/Widgets, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies, and familiarity with Performance/Platform Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.

The soft skills required include excellent communication and stakeholder management, strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, and focus on great customer service for colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise service management strategy
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions
  • Maintain and administer ServiceNow instances
  • Develop and implement custom applications and integrations
  • Analyze and improve process efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
  • Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow capabilities
  • Proficiency in Java/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs
