Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is also an advantage.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with coding standards and security guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal
  • Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment

About the Role:

The Servicenow Developer - OMT will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in Agile/DevOps environments.

  • Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning
  • Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
