Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Developer
to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations, with hands-on experience across ITSM/ITOM/HR modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, or others as required).
  • Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data policies.
  • Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • ServiceNow configuration and customization
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API
  • REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
  • Certifications:
    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required); Developer or Implementation Specialist (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery model.
  • Exposure to HRSD, CSM, or Security Operations modules.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
