**Job Title:** Trade Compliance Specialist

**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Customs Trade HTS & ECCN Classification determinations for spare parts and other products, both for import and export.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of advanced technology and processes involved in Semiconductor, Flat Panel, and Solar cell manufacturing. They will also have expertise in import and/or export trade compliance elements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Export Classification Commodity Numbers, Customs entry process, Customs invoicing requirements, special trade program requirements, etc.

The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to conduct classification analysis to arrive at an accurate HTS and ECCN Classification, using various trade tools such as GRIs, CROSS rulings, WCO explanatory notes, and Export Regulations & other Classification Tools.

This role is critical in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations related to international trade.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of advanced technology and processes involved in Semiconductor, Flat Panel, and Solar cell manufacturing
  • Expertise in import and/or export trade compliance elements
  • Ability to conduct classification analysis to arrive at an accurate HTS and ECCN Classification
