Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. You will work closely with our subject matter experts to develop curricula, design training materials, and deliver training sessions to clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive high-quality training that meets their specific needs and goals. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in training and development
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
