Job Title: Mechanical Incharge

 

Job Description
  • Plan and execute daily site activities based on MS Project and POD to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement to guarantee efficiency and safety.
  • Supervise WTG installation activities, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications, and conduct regular site inspections to verify material readiness and compliance.
  • Allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and equipment to optimize productivity.
  • Verify the proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts, and coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
  • Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones (WCC) to maintain a positive relationship.
Mechanical & Technical Oversight
  • Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place for safe operations.
  • Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures to prevent any equipment failures.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in wind project execution, be willing to work across India, and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
