Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish. This includes timely collection of outstanding balances and maintaining accurate records of all A/R transactions.

  • Invoice Management: Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with financial regulations, monitor accounts for timely collection of outstanding balances, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Accounting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports as required.
  • Vendor Management: Prepare and process payments to vendors, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities, collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency, and stay updated on financial regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Comfortable working independently, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Night Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts, specifically Monday to Friday 09:00 pm to 06:00 am IST (US Night Shift).
