Financial Operations Expert

Our organization requires a skilled professional to manage our financial operations effectively. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of margin calls, collateral management, and cash position reconciliations across various platforms.

  • Manage margin calls and collateral to guarantee timely settlements.
  • Perform thorough cash and position reconciliations.
  • Execute and monitor internal transfers for compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversight of payment processing and SWIFT transactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and address concerns.
  • Support FX transactions and treasury operations.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to efficiency improvements within the cash management function.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.
  • Strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes.
  • Exposure to KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
