We are seeking a skilled Sales Lubricant Specialist to join our team at Goltens. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lubricant sales and marketing, with a focus on the marine industry.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote lubricant products to marine customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Lubricant Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Visiting target customers to promote lubricant products and initiate new projects.
  • Providing technical sales presentations to customers to explain the benefits of lubricant products.
  • Following up on sales calls, sample requests, and customer projects.
  • Working closely with the Castrol Technical Service department to develop performance data and provide technical assistance to customers.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in marine lubricant oil sales and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of lubricant products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
