We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Prayagraj, India. As a senior member of our structural engineering department, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Director, Project Managers, and Construction Managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • You will work closely with clients and Structural design and BIM Engineers to produce creative designs that meet client needs.
  • You will ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • You will implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs to enhance project quality and efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.
