Structural Leadership Role

The Senior Structural Engineer will provide strategic direction and technical guidance to a team of junior engineers, leading project management, structural design and analysis, client engagement, and team leadership.

  • Lead and mentor junior structural engineers, coordinating with the appointed Engineering Consultant and Peer reviewer.
  • Provide performance reviews and technical guidance to the structural team/consultant.
  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ccoordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.
  • Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.
  • Develop and review structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Oversight of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC).
  • Validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimize structural systems and material.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters.
  • Participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through the appointed consultants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Possession of valid registration with the respective state engineer council
