Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer/Technician to join our team.

  • Attending scheduled maintenance calls and completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Responding to breakdown calls and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Ensuring the successful commissioning of new chillers, with minimal downtime.
  • Driving spare part sales and service business growth.
  • Effectively managing customer payments and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Supervising the installation and commissioning of chillers at various sites.
  • Providing expert technical training to customers and operators.
  • Identifying and engaging suitable vendors and contractors for chiller erection and shutdown projects.
  • Conducting thorough site handovers and client inquiries for value-added services.
  • Offering exceptional technical support and fostering strong relationships within the team.
  • Visiting other branches for technical consultations and customer engagement.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction levels through proactive issue resolution and value delivery.
  • Handling collections of TDS, C-Forms, and other required certificates efficiently.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of chillers, with a focus on efficiency and results-driven outcomes.
