Video Surveillance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Video Surveillance Specialist to manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems across our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure video surveillance systems, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related software.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance equipment.
  • Conduct firmware updates and network configurations.
  • Document installations and service activities.
  • Coordinate with clients or internal teams for system requirements and training.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and integration with IT network systems.
Required Skills:
  • 1-6 years of experience in video surveillance installation and support.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with schematics, embedded software, and hand tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ITI or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
