Strategic Product Researcher

As a seasoned research professional, you will be the critical link between deep user understanding and actionable product strategy.

This role is designed for someone who thinks like a Product Manager but loves the rigor of research.

You will drive comprehensive user, market, and competitive research to identify opportunities and shape the future direction of our products.

Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling product requirements, user stories, and strategic recommendations for feature prioritization and roadmap planning.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to validate product hypotheses, measure success, and drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include conducting user interviews, analyzing customer feedback, synthesizing data into actionable insights, and creating visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

About You:
  • You have 4+ years of experience in a research role with significant exposure to product management principles and practices.
  • You possess a strong toolkit of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • You have an ownership mindset—you don’t just deliver reports; you own the problem and drive the insights through to execution.
  • You are resilient and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with an enterprise-first attitude.
  • You are a brilliant communicator and storyteller, skilled at engaging and aligning stakeholders at all levels.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Former consultants with experience in product-led or tech-driven projects.
  • Professionals from service design or UX research who have completed product management rotations or have closely embedded with product teams.
  • Individuals from tech-enabled companies with hybrid research/product structures.
