About the Role

We are seeking an experienced director to oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client service excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute an operational strategy that supports our company's legal and corporate, accounting and fund administration service lines.

The successful candidate will implement best practices in operational management, digital transformation, and risk mitigation. They will ensure smooth operational execution within set timelines and provide client deliverables ahead of deadline.

You will drive standardization and automation to improve fund administration efficiency and reduce errors. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience in senior management positions in financial services industry (preferably with international exposure).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with company goals
  • Oversee all operational functions for efficiency and compliance
  • Implement best practices in operational management and digital transformation
  • Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law, Accounting, Tax, or another business-related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in senior management positions in financial services industry
  • Strong commercial mindset, leadership, and problem-solving skills
