The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in driving business outcomes through strategic insights mining and data modeling.

Pivotal Role in Emerging Markets Seller Trust Team

This role is crucial in enhancing accuracy in identifying abuse and reducing false positives. You'll utilize your expertise to make high-impact decisions that drive time savings and optimize business performance.

Key Deliverables:
  • Developing and maintaining weekly and monthly dashboards on Negative Seller Balance and associated deep dives.
  • Automating data templates and reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams (Finance, Emerging Markets Seller Trust Product, Abuse Prevention, Business teams) to collaborate on deep dives, test hypotheses, and impact of ML/product changes made on key metrics.
  • Owning Fraud enforcement funnel dashboard and associated deep dives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrating strong Excel and SQL skills to analyze complex data sets.
  • Converting data into actionable insights, building frameworks for decision-making, and ensuring high attention to details and data fidelity.
  • Prioritizing and focusing on high-impact areas to maximize business value.
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills to overcome complex challenges.
  • Communicating thoughts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation, capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or similar fields. A Bachelor's degree is required. Additionally, knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar are preferred.
