Job Description

The Data Analyst position at Deutsche Bank involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of strategic data used across the organization's systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the account opening, closure, and maintenance activities for various regions.
  • Adhere to same-day and time-bound SLA activities.
  • Closely partner with stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 0.6 to 6 years of work experience in corporate banking.
  • Proficiency in setting up accounts & instruments in Clearvision, Globe, Consensys, GMI, etc.
  • Resolving queries related to commissions and other static data issues.
  • Updating commissions & fees as per the ticket raised by respective teams.
  • Keeping oneself updated with latest changes and effectively using updates while working on requests.
  • Understanding the purpose of the process performed, key risks, and mitigating controls.
  • Capable of identifying process or control failure points. Proactively escalates for remediation and contributes ideas for resolution.
  • Good understanding of the functions performed by underlying systems used in the process.
  • Good level of understanding of front-to-back connectivity from a process and system perspective.
  • Experience of managing through regulatory and internal/external audit.
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations/financial products (fixed income cash & derivatives financial products and financial instruments including futures, options, swaps).
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good communication skills. Interaction with the Middle Office and/or clients to ensure timely and accurate processing of all life cycle events.
