You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data that drives measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Clean and preprocess data, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable outcomes.Ensure data integrity and security, adhering to relevant compliance standards.Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Stay up to date with new tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.Use data-driven insights to solve business problems and uncover opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.Familiarity with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate across functions and deliver under tight deadlines.Preferred QualificationsCertifications in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View).Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Understanding of basic machine learning and predictive modeling concepts.Domain experience in industries such as fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or IT.
