We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - TV & Entertainment Domain to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with hands-on experience in the TV, Media, and Entertainment industry. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and supporting the design and delivery of solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in broadcast, streaming, and entertainment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for TV and entertainment-related projects.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Support product development across areas such as broadcast, OTT platforms, VOD, content management, and digital streaming services.
• Collaborate with technical teams, product managers, and operations to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for new initiatives.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and user acceptance to ensure quality deliverables.
• Monitor industry trends in TV and entertainment to bring insights into product enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the TV, Broadcast, Media, or Entertainment sector.
• Strong understanding of content distribution models, OTT platforms, subscriber management, and digital media workflows.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
