Job Description">

As a Project Design Coordinator, you will serve as an extension of the design team in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide local information during the design development process.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Assist in the design process by offering local support, including knowledge on regional aspects, site analysis, research, data collection & benchmarking studies.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the design intent and GFC portfolio, ensuring quality participation during execution.
  • Document all design fidelity and quality issues in Work Study Reports (WSRs) and escalate to the Project Head/Regional Head when not addressed by vendors or clients.
  • Collaborate with the client and design team to provide effective solutions for execution issues and build client confidence.
  • Analyze project successes and failures by identifying untrapped execution issues.

Requirements">

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Substantial experience as a Design Coordinator, particularly in interior projects.
  • Expertise in executing interior projects and strong knowledge of regional aspects.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
