Job Title: Certinia PSA Consultant

Experience: 5–9 years of industry experience is desired for this role.

Location: Remote work arrangements available.

Engagement Type: Contract position open to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems to streamline business operations.
  • Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA platform to minimize downtime.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA modules is essential for success in this role.
  • A strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA is required.
  • Proven expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem is necessary to drive business results.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including configuration, customization, and reporting, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to succeed in this role.
