Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our CRM efforts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles and a proven track record of successfully managing data and documents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance leave records, organizing project schedules, and maintaining accurate records of income and expenses. They will also be responsible for facilitating communication between employees and clients, ensuring all necessary documents are docketed and addressed.
The successful candidate will have a strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. They will be proficient in data management and document organization, and have a basic understanding of invoicing and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee attendance leave records and organizational development requests
• Perform clerical tasks including drafting and managing emails and preparing quotations
• Organize project schedules and maintain an inventory of deliverables and vendor information
• Oversee data management by copying and organizing electronic and physical files related to projects and managing property storage lists for easy access
• Maintain accurate records of income and expenses and prepare and issue invoices for services rendered
• Facilitate communication by conducting introduction and presales calls to potential clients and sending reminders to employees and clients regarding deadlines
• Follow up with clients for feedback and approvals ensuring all communications are docketed and addressed

• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in data management and document organization
• Basic understanding of invoicing and financial management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
