Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Professional

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving end-to-end recruitment processes in a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Shared Services environment.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders, leveraging recruitment technology, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while hiring for mid to senior-level roles across engineering and support functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions, partnering with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning, and optimizing vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.

Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Professional will utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights, drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines, implement and enhance recruitment automation/AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency, and track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.

Requirements:

  • ~4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
  • ~Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • ~Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • ~Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • ~Familiarity with recruitment automation/AI-enabled tools is a plus.

Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
