Global Supply Chain Strategist Job Summary

This role will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance supplier agility and responsiveness, ultimately improving the customer experience. The Global Supply Chain Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive an aligned strategy.

  • Develop and implement inventory strategies that balance cost, risk, and service levels.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to analyze and improve supplier operational lead times.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Optimization: Design and implement inventory strategies that optimize MOQs and reduce inventories.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Partner with suppliers to analyze and improve supplier operational lead times within supplier facilities.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics and scenario modeling to identify priorities and optimize inventory levers.
  • Supply Chain Alignment: Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and planning teams to align supplier strategies with business priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a global or regional Procurement and/or Supply Chain role.
  • Broad commodity knowledge of semi-conductors, PCB, PCBA, and electronic components.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced capability to translate data into actionable strategies.
