Marketing Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for managing the marketing function, including influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events, and growth tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective campaign delivery.
  • Support launch campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Plan, create, and track email/WhatsApp campaigns to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Collaborate on PR activities, building media lists, executing PR drops, and monitoring coverage.
  • Assist with brand collaborations, identifying opportunities to enhance the business.
  • Produce regular campaign reports and performance dashboards to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing (internships count).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver, able to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong passion for beauty and pop culture, with knowledge of current trends.
