Senior Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop risk-based audit plans, oversee engagements from planning through to reporting
  • Conduct control testing (including SOX-like environments) and prepare clear, prioritized reports with actionable recommendations
  • Lead audit teams, coach reviewers, and manage senior client relationships as needed
  • Qualification/Background: Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years post-qualification experience in consulting or CA firms delivering internal audit services and leadership roles

Requirements:

  • Delhi-based candidate or willing to relocate; occasional travel required
  • Preferable background in mid-tier consulting or CA firms with robust internal audit experience
  • Able to originate new opportunities and nurture strong client relationships

Goals and Objectives:

  1. Finalize the risk-based plan within 30 days, aligning scope and timelines with stakeholders
  2. Establish a control documentation/testing cadence and deliver initial reports with agreed actions within 60 days
  3. Launch a lightweight monitoring dashboard, track remediation progress, and contribute one qualified business development lead within 90 days
