HVAC Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC design professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and preparing working drawings for commercial and industrial buildings.

  • Develop accurate and comprehensive designs that meet project standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with regulations.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to site teams in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and precise HVAC working drawings for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough technical analysis and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and drawing logs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support quantity take-offs, drawing approvals, and productivity monitoring processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, including chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, and smoke control systems.
  • Proficiency in HVAC calculations and software, such as HAP.
  • Experience with Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of related MEP systems.
