Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business leads and close deals.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within target companies.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  6. Collaborate with delivery functions to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BPO sales only.
  • In-depth sales experience with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns and generating revenue.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
