About this role: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow architect to design and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows. You will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.

Key qualifications:

  • Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT or a degree in a relevant field.
