Medical Aesthetics Portfolio Business Lead

We seek an influential professional for this role within our organization. You will be instrumental in developing and executing business plans, providing internal and external training, and fostering strong relationships with key researchers and physicians.
This role requires a strong medical background, experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, and exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Collaborate with Commercial leaders to set priorities and activities, develop strategies and tactics for the Medical Aesthetics portfolio, and implement them in a timely manner.
- Internal Training: Facilitate training to field sales teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge of Aesthetic products, relevant disease states, and conditions.
- External Training and Education: Improve doctors' awareness of Aesthetic products through field visits, share scientific data supporting their use, and develop physician's expertise and comfort in prescribing their use.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership Skills: Persuade at all levels within the organization and with external customers (KOLs, HCPs).
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute plans at country level.
- Medical Background: Strong understanding of the domestic market and experience in establishing strong influential relationships with KOLs.
