Strategic Medical Education Professional

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement a strategic plan for medical education in various therapeutic areas.

This involves the creation, distribution, and management of scientific and clinical materials. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for advancing and implementing a trainer development program.

Key responsibilities include measuring the effectiveness of the program, maintaining current knowledge of products, and supporting patient and physician programs.

Strong people management skills are essential, as well as a proven track record in medical education, training, or medical aesthetics. A background in dermatology or medical devices is preferred.

Exposure to external stakeholder management, including aesthetic clinics, is also desired. The ideal candidate will have experience with cross-functional collaboration, campaigns, and event management.

Process orientation and compliance management are critical skills for success in this role. The ability to build and motivate teams, maintain morale, and develop talent is essential.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal functions are required. A strategic mindset to scale the company's impact and support commercial growth is necessary for long-term success.
