Job Title: Key Professional in Human Resources

 

Overview of the Position:

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced and skilled HR professional with strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and recruitment skills. The position requires a dynamic individual who can manage complex situations with confidence and agility.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to ensure the effective implementation of HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Recruit high-quality candidates for IT/software roles and ensure their successful onboarding into the organization.
  • Manage payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies and workforce planning.
  • Negotiate salary, contracts, and resolve conflicts effectively.

 

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity in the IT/software industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of at least 5 members.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict management, and adaptability skills.
