Key Human Resources Role
  • Implement and manage all Human Resources activities including employee engagement, relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on team member performance, human resource policies, talent management, and compensation through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proactive Human Resources solutions aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for newly hired or promoted employees and provide HR learning programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data and HR processes using HRIS tools in compliance with company policies and statutory laws.
  • Collect, analyze, and report key HR metrics to support effective decision-making, presenting findings clearly.
  • Prepare documentation for HR Partners handling labor cases as needed.
  • Stay updated on market trends and assist in implementing changes and improvements.
  • Communicate and reinforce the organization's values, philosophies, and leadership behaviors to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Support candidate selection processes as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4 Years of Work Experience
  • University Degree Preferred
  • Workday Experience an Asset
  • Working Knowledge of Labor Relations
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to Prioritize, Meet Deadlines, and Work Under Pressure
  • Strong Attention to Detail
