Job Summary:

Export Coordination Role

As an Export Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales teams to plan shipments based on customer requirements.
  • Monitor and manage daily stock levels, releasing invoices accordingly.
  • Prepare pre- and post-export documents for seamless shipment execution.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites for efficient shipment movements.
  • Negotiate freight rates with freight forwarders.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, transporters, and custom brokers to ensure timely shipment execution.
  • Keep customers informed about shipment status through regular updates.
  • Verify and submit post-shipping documents to banks in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer queries and audit-related issues effectively.
  • Develop expertise in handling less than container load (LCL) and full container load (FCL) shipments.
  • Gain knowledge of preparing documents under letter of credit (LC) and LC clauses.
  • Work efficiently on enterprise resource planning systems like SAP HANA.
  • Prepare certificates of origin, general system preference (GSP), insurance certificates, and bank realization certificates.
  • Liaise with shipping companies and custom brokers to resolve any issues.
  • Generate management information system (MIS) reports to track performance.
  • Close open transactions on integrated delivery planning management system (IDPMS) and electronic delivery planning management system (EDPMS).
