Job Summary

The Branch Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization, overseeing multiple branch operations within a cluster. This key position is responsible for setting business targets, coordinating with branch managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing multiple branch operations within the cluster
  • Setting and achieving business targets aligned with organizational goals
  • Coordinating with branch managers to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Providing training and mentorship to branch staff
  • Conducting performance assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and new business development

Requirements:

  • Experience in branch management, business operations, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies for growth and efficiency
  • Well-versed in financial products, loan advisory, and mortgage solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
