Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the smooth functioning of our branch operations in Surat, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and maintain quality of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service recovery.
  2. Collaborate with various teams and services to integrate all functions at the location.
  3. Implement efficient systems for seamless operation and monitor operational efficiency of the branch.
  4. Analyze crisis situations and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, associates, and government bodies.
  6. Oversee fleet administration, adhering to company standards and policies.
  7. Monitor fleet allocation to clients based on their requirements.
  8. Ensure fleet vehicles are equipped with necessary accessories as per company guidelines.
  9. Maintain an optimal ratio of chauffeurs to fleet.
  10. Expand client base through targeted business development initiatives and leverage existing relationships to increase revenue.
  11. Collect, analyze, and report market and performance information (MIS) in the prescribed format.
  12. Achieve set targets by prioritizing tasks and optimizing resources.
  13. Handle major customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Prepare annual budgets for the branch.
  15. Manage fund flow and enforce expense control measures.
  16. Monitor receivables according to established norms.
  17. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations.
  18. Submit regular reports (MIS with analysis) to the corporate office.
  19. Optimize overall branch administration for improved efficiency.
  20. Guarantee that the Customer Service and Drivers team is adequately staffed, motivated, and trained to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  21. Conduct regular appraisals to evaluate team performance.
  22. Enforce implementation and monitoring of statutory compliance.
  23. Maintain ISO standards as per quality assurance work manual.
  24. Manage contractual employees effectively.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Hotel Management degree
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with 5-7 years in a similar role as a branch head in a reputable organization.
