Senior Business Development Manager

  Job Description: This Senior Business Development Manager role is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.


  Key Responsibilities:

  •   Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
  •   Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products.
  •   Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  •   Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  •   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  •   Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market.
  •   At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
