About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to lead key operational and financial functions, driving operational efficiency, financial visibility, and supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with command over Excel, dashboarding, and reporting.

The Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for managing daily supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination. You will ensure optimal inventory levels through accurate demand forecasting and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage daily supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Inventory Optimization: Ensure optimal inventory levels through accurate demand forecasting and planning.
  • Process Improvement: Drive inventory efficiency and reduce working capital tied to stock.
  • Fiscal Management: Oversee monthly and quarterly P&L reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner with leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Cost Control: Support cost control initiatives and improve ROI on operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team across operations and finance functions.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets for decision-making.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory, fulfillment, and financial metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in handling business operations & P&L.
  • Leadership: Proven team leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with command over Excel, dashboarding, and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP platforms (Odoo, Zoho preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
