Strategic Operations Leader Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to drive the end-to-end operations of our Asset Reconstruction Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring effective governance, and aligning business functions with our strategic objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, monitor, and enhance overall operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.
  • Define, implement, and improve process flows for ARC operations to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Evaluate and report on transaction status, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Oversee HR function including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Supervise Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, specifically in ARC / NBFC / Banking operations.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing ARC business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
