We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to strengthen our academic and administrative ecosystem.

Job Description:

The role of Joint Registrar involves overseeing various aspects of university administration, including statutory compliance, academic administration, legal matters, meeting coordination, HR management, data analysis, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely compliance with rules, regulations, and reporting.
  • Support the Registrar in managing establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records.
  • Handle legal cases, policy documentation, and institutional governance in line with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate statutory meetings and prepare official records.
  • Oversee service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal.
  • Maintain administrative databases, generate reports for internal and external audits, NAAC/NIRF/Statutory submissions.
  • Guide administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of all student/staff-related services.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master's degree with 55% marks or Ph.D. (Law degree preferred).
  • 8–10 years' experience as Assistant Registrar/Deputy Registrar in a private university.
  • Strong written communication skills in English (English-medium background preferred).
Expertise:
  • University administration
  • Legal matters related to educational institutions
  • Compliance with UGC, AICTE, NAAC, BCI, PCI, INC, WBNC, and other statutory regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
