Job Title: Examination Department Head

This is a full-time role that requires an extremely organized, meticulous, and dynamic professional to oversee the Examination Department.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will lead the planning, scheduling, and conduct of all university examinations, ensuring transparency, fairness, and integrity in the examination process.
• He/She will supervise result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and update examination policies, guidelines, and administrative procedures to align with university regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams for seamless examination management, leveraging digital tools and technologies.
• Implement measures to ensure compliance with UGC and regulatory norms regarding examinations and assessments.
• Lead and mentor the examination team to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree with strong academic credentials (PhD desirable).
• Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in examination management, preferably in higher education institutions/universities.
• In-depth knowledge of examination systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management.
