Job Description:

A seasoned technical support professional is sought to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Linux and Windows Server environments, as well as expertise in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and drive them to closure
  • Be a technical expert in product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles
  • Effective troubleshooting and logical reasoning
  • Ability to handle escalated situations efficiently

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have a strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services, experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, and practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Linux and Windows Server environments
  • Expertise in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches
  • Experience working with Kubernetes and shell scripting or Python
