Structural Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented structural design expert to oversee the construction of industrial civil foundations and steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive structural designs, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality results.
  • Review and approve design calculations, models, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects, taking into account factors such as material costs, labor requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, including STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and Tekla
  • Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards, including IS codes and AISC
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
