This role plays a critical part in empowering customers to design and deploy our technologies into their products. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will provide technical expertise and support to customers, assist in the design and implementation of customized solutions, and develop technical presentations and training sessions.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Assist in the designing and implementing of customized solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required skills and experience include 10+ years of experience in a field application engineering or customer-facing technical role, with a master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Experience in designing or supporting complex SoC, understanding of RAS and reliability, functional safety standards, and certification are also required.
