Thermal Management Expert

As part of our Vehicle Technology team, you will work with next-gen technologies and collaborate with sharp teams to develop cutting-edge thermal management solutions.

Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and prioritizing development activities in our Thermal Management department.

In this role, you will lead concepts and ideas to reality that will drive the technological transformation of our thermal organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define CAB Climate functions with close interaction with Thermal Cooling and Heating Engineers.
  • Support and set performance targets at individual component level for various components developed by component owners.
  • Interact with simulation analysts to analyze cooling & heating system performance virtually and plan & connect with full vehicle testing team for heating & cooling performance verification.
  • Verify the Heating system test outcome and recommend necessary actions to make the system run according to set requirements.
  • Secure vehicle legal and certification requirements from heating & cooling system.
  • Lead and own the System FMEA for heating & cooling system and guide DFMEAs by component owners and engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermal management systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for leading the development of thermal management systems that meet or exceed customer expectations.

A key aspect of this role will be collaborating with the Thermal Cooling and Heating Engineers to define and implement CAB Climate functions.

You will also work closely with simulation analysts to analyze cooling & heating system performance virtually and plan & connect with full vehicle testing team for heating & cooling performance verification.
