Job Title: Strategic Product Development Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Become an expert in supply chain technologies and services solutions, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
  • Effectively collaborate with Scrum teams to refine, break down, and transform Epics and User Stories into actionable product backlogs.
  • Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between Client Support and Scrum teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Validate client-reported defects and prioritize them for resolution within required service level agreements.
  • Act as an internal product expert, supporting other departments and clients implementing and supporting products.
  • Collaborate with User Experience teams to design and validate usable interfaces and product prototypes.
  • Contribute to knowledge systems that help employees understand, use, sell, and support products.
  • Assist Product Managers in developing business cases for initiatives to justify investment decisions.
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize revenue and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning, prioritization, and management of product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product lifecycles to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare release objectives, messaging, and internal and external launch plans.
  • Translate business problems into technical requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Possess working knowledge of product lifecycle phases, including engineering specifications, customer requirements gathering, software design and development, implementation/delivery, and maintenance.

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in Agile development environments
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with supply chain planning, either as a software provider or a supply chain practitioner
